On 1/4/2018 Joseph M. had this to say:
Had a water pipe burst due to the crazy cold weather this year. I called Hughes Brothers on 1/2/18, they called me first thing about 8:15am on 1/3/18, and were able to make it out around 1PM. They cut a few small squares in our drywall in our basement to figure out exactly where the pipe had burst, and also saw the previous owners did not insulate behind the drywall as they should have. Instead of trying to repair the pipe, they cut the pipe before it went behind the drywall, and ran a long plastic tube to the other end of our house, circumventing the whole possibility of freezing/bursting again. The amount only came up to ~$300, way less than what we would expect from a AAA company like Golden Rule. Highly recommended!
